Step 4: After you click on an opening, a window will pop up, where you will fill in the meeting details and the location of the meeting.

Step 5: Click the 'Schedule' button to schedule the meeting on everyone's calendar.

How To Create a Private Meeting With a Person/Group (Bookable Links)

You'll need to create a bookable link to schedule an appointment with someone or a group of people. Then, when the person being booked clicks the link, they can make an appointment in just a few simple steps.

Step 1: To create a bookable link, click the 'Bookable Links' button on the Taggg homepage. Then, select 'New Bookable Link.'

Step 2: This button will take you to a page that suggests two options, 'Personal' or 'Group.' if you want to schedule an appointment with just one person, then click on 'Personal,' and if you want to schedule an appointment with a person and a group of people, click on 'Group'.

Step 3: Review your calendar and availability, then click on an opening and enter the details and preferred location of your meeting.

Step 4: Click on 'Create Link' to create the schedule link. It will open up a page asking you to copy the link. Click on 'Copy' to copy the link and share it with whomever you want to schedule an appointment so they can book an appointment.
